I woke up early the next morning feeling really nauseous and hurried to the bathroom, getting there just before throwing up.

I woke up when I heard something in the bathroom. I walked over to find Ro on the floor. Frowning, I kneeled down and put her hair in a hair tie. "Are you ok?" I worried.

I sat back and laughed. "I'm fine. I think we'll find out in a few months that its a girl." I said. "I was had morning sickness almost instantly with Iris as well." I explained to him.

"Well I'm glad you're ok." I said, feeling relieved. "You start getting ready and I'll get Iris, then make you some tea to settle your stomach." I said, standing up.

"Ok. You have a lot to teach me." I teased lightly. I got Iris ready, then went into the kitchen. I found some de caffeinated tea and brought it to her. "Don't worry, it's de-caf." I said, setting it down.

I just chuckled and took a drink myself. "Ok, I have to go to work. But I'll meet you at the doctors office before the appointment, ok?"

"Thanks." I gave her one more kiss then said goodbye to Iris before leaving. Work seemed to go on forever- I was looking forward to the doctors appointment. Finally I was able to leave and took the subway to the office. I found Ro in the waiting room and sat down. "Hey." I said, sitting next to her. "How are you feeling?"

I squeezed his hand back and followed a nurse to another room. A minute later the doctor came in. "Hi. I'm Dr. Locke but you can call me Pam." She said introducing herself to Lucas. She had been my doctor last time and I didn't trust anyone else.
