"Fine." I said. I took a long sip of the milkshake then dipped the french fry into it. "I booked an appointment with the doctor for tomorrow afternoon." I told him.

"Really? I know you're not supposed to chose a side, but I would want a girl. I've taken care of you, and my mom, and Iris. I've seen your dad with you and the mayor with his girls..." I said. "But I've never had a father figure and I don't know how that relationship works. I mean, of course I would love him but I don't want to mess him up." I said a bit nervously

I sat down next to him and squeezed his hand. "You would never do that." I said. "You are so good with Iris and having a boy wouldn't change that." I said.

"Knowing I have you here makes me feel better." I said with a smile, stealing a fry. Iris let out a yell for attention and I chuckled. "And you are going to make the best big sister." I said, kissing her head.

I chuckled. "You'll always be my princess." I said. She just fussed again. "Ok, I guess someone's tired. I'll put her to bed." I said. I went into the nursery and put her to bed then got in the shower.

I finished my food then went into the bathroom while Lucas showered and sat on the counter. "Do you have any name ideas yet?" I asked from the other side of the shower curtain.

I nodded. "I like Hunter too. I guess we really need to know the gender to pick a name." I chuckled and turned off the water. I wrapped a towel around my waist and gave her a kiss before changing.
