Rowan www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=182478258When I woke up in the morning I knew it was going to be a bad day. I felt absolutely awful. My whole body ached and my stomach was in a knot. I had so much to do today though and I had to get things done. I crawled out of bed and put on comfy clothes then stumbled down to the office to do some work. Being the owner's daughter no one said anything about my clothes. I called a few people and did some paperwork then got up and left. I wanted to go back and sleep but I told Lucas I would stop by the gym. I made it to the gym but Lucas was with a client. I sighed and stepped onto a treadmill, walking on it at a snails pace. |

When I was done with my client, I went to walk around the gym. Rowan said she was going to stop by. After doing some searching, I found her barely walking on the treadmill. I chuckled softly to myself and walked over there. "Hey. What are you doing?" I asked, leaning on the side of the treadmill.

I was so out of it, it took me a moment to realize Lucas at walked over. "Hmm... Oh hi.." I said softly.

I looked at her for a minute. "Are you sick?" I asked. "You should work out if you're sick. How about you come to my place and I'll take care of you? I'm getting off in s couple minutes." I said.

"I'll be fine." I said, shutting off the treadmill. As I stepped off, I stumbled and fell into him.

I chuckled. "Come on. I don't live far." I said. I clocked out then we started walking to my place. "So how long have you felt sick?"

I was exhausted so I didn't object any more. I walked to his room and curled up on his bed in the fetal position. His sheets smelled like him and I snuggled in closer, pulling the sheet up to my chin.

I gazed over at her and smiled softly. I couldn't really find anything for her in my apartment, so I quick went to the drug store across the street and bought juice, crackers, soup, medicine, and whatever else sick people would want. I brought it back and put it in the cabinet when I saw she was still sleeping. Deciding I couldn't really do anything else for her, I decided to go take a shower and get ready.

I woke up feeling worse then when I had fallen asleep. I looked over at the bathroom and saw that the door was closed and the shower was on. I took a deep breath. I would be fine. That mindset changed pretty quickly. I got up and ran to the bathroom, luckily the door was unlocked. I felt bad for barging in and even worse for why I barged in. I fell over the toilet, and threw up, completely embarrassed.

I heard her come in and turned of the faucet, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around my waist before stepping out. I frowned lightly. "I'm sorry." I said, feeling bad that she was sick. I held her hair as she threw up. Once she was done, I went to the kitchen to get her some water and medicine.

I sat with my back against the wall and sighed. I wiped tears from my eyes before Lucas came back in. "I'm sorry. I should go." I whispered.
