I was finally going back down to the lab with Cisco and Caitlin to get back into the suit and run some tests and train a bit. I stepped into the suit and onto the treadmill. Caitlin hooked up a few wires to me and nodded. "Alright give it a shot." She said. I nodded and started to run.

I got done at about one or two and headed home. I expected Connor to be there because he didn't work today, but to my suprise he was gone. I tried texting him but there was no response. That must mean he was working with Caitlyn and Cisco again. About half an hour later I found him in the lab. With a smile, I walked into the training area. "Hey. How's it going?" I asked, setting my bag down. |

I grinned when I heard Sage's voice. I slowed on the treadmill and Caitlin took the wires off. "What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Ok. How fast are you today?" I asked, sitting down and looking at the monitor. I knew he had to wear the wires, but I didn't like them. It made him look sick or something.

Cisco picked up a gun loaded with blanks and aimed it at the opposite wall then pulled the trigger. When The trigger went off I ran toward the bullet and snatched it out of the air. I stopped and walked over to Sage. "For you." I joked handing her the blank.

I laughed and rolled the bullet in my hands, still warm. "You've gotten faster. Just when I didn't think that was possible." I teased with a smile.
