"Sage I need you to stay awake okay. Come one let's talk." I said. I put her in the car and headed for the hospital.

I sighed lightly, to tired to open my eyes. But I gently squeezed his hand so he knew I was ok.

"Hold on sweetie." I whispered, squeezing her hand back. A few minute later, I pulled into the hospital and parked before going to the other side of the car and scooping sage into my arms. "We're almost there." I said.

Nurse
One moment the ER was quiet, and the next a guy was rushing in. It only took me a second to recognize the couple. "Get a doctor in a private open room, now." I muttured to someone. He rushed off and I went up to Connor. Sage in his arms seemed really unaware. "What happened?" I asked, leading him to the room quickly.

"She hasn't felt good for the last couple of days and she just past out coming up the stairs." I said nervously.

I nodded. "I'm really sorry but we can only have family in the room at this moment. Do you mind going into the waiting room?" I asked, helping him lay her on a bed. The doctor quickly came in.

I bit my lip and hesitantly backed out. I slid down the wall and waited outside the room.

Nurse
We loaded her with medicine until her vitals were stable. Then I went back to Connor. "You can come in now." I said. I waited until he closed the door. "She has a really bad virus- it's pretty rare here. For now we're going to keep her in a coma so she's stable." I explained. "Do you know what she's done this past week?"
