I nodded and took a bite, then looked at the 3 girls for a second. "So what do you guys do outside of school?" I asked, not really sure what to say.

I smiled softly. "That's cool. I used to play soccer when I was younger, but I'm sure you're much better than me." I said. I saw her smile lightly.

I looked over at the mayor who was rather silent. "John?" I asked. He looked up at me before finally shifting his gaze to Lucas. "I'm sorry I let you down." He said softly.

I shook my head. "You should know that she's always sort of been like that. She used to take medication and it really helped and we were happy but one day she decided she didn't like them anymore and she stopped taking them. She just got worse from then on ." I said.
