I smiled and left without saying anything. I went downstairs to the fridge. I had bought him his favorite beer and ice cream. Then with 2 spoons, I brought it upstairs and then quick changed into some new lingerie and silky short robe I hadn't worn yet. I sat next to him on the bed. "Ok, open your eyes." I said happily. "I wanted to do something special for you."

I slowly opened my eyes and smiled at her. I glanced at the beer and ice cream but I couldn't take my eyes off of her. "You didn't have to do this Campbell." I said looking into her eyes. "Are you sure you're comfortable with this?" I asked, knowing she had been struggling.
