I smiled and shook my head, sitting on the bed. Just then, my phone rang. Picking it up, I noticed it was the surrogacy clinic and picked it up curiously. They usually wouldn't call this time at night. Our social worker answered and started talking so fast I had to ask her to stop. Finally I was able to understand that a couple had just dropped out of the program and they could fit us in basically as soon as tomorrow. They had called Mary and she was willing to come in, along with a few couples we hadn't met. I bit my lip and told her I would have to talk to Mason about it, but I'd call her back soon. Once I hung up, I let out a long sigh and laid back.

I showered and changed into sweat pants then went back into the bedroom. I took one look at Campbell. "What's wrong? I asked worried.

Ooc I made a post!  Campbell "The surrogacy clinic called me. They said they could bump us up as early as tomorrow. But we have to know the surrogacy mom. So we could either go with Mary and Jake, or a different couple." |
