She was about to say something when a loud noise came on the screen and a bright flash. It was a campaign commarcial for the mayor. I saw her face change from a smile to panic. Quickly I turned off the TV. "It's just a TV add." I said, squeezing her hand.

Tank nudged her hand to remind her he was there. I gently rubbed her arm. "Why don't we go for a walk in the garden?" I offered.

She quickly jerked herself away from Rowan and I frowned lightly , feeling bad. "How about you take a nap." I said softly. She nodded and I brought her over to her bedroom. Knowing she wouldn't want me to leave, I sat in the chair by her bed until she fell asleep.

"No, you did great." I kissed her cheek. "Do you mind if we stay just for a couple minutes? I want to make sure she doesn't need anything." I said on the couch.

"It's ok. There's not much you could have done." I paused and took a breath. "Look, she didn't get upset because of the loud noises or bright lights.... She says that Mayor Fisher is my dad." I said softly. I was scared she would think I was crazy, because he was generally a powerful but well-liked guy. Plus I knew that she and her father knew him and his family- I had seen pictures in newspapers and stuff. That was one of the reasons I had agreed to do the mission involving Rowan.
