I laughed. "I wouldn't make you do that." I slid of Romeo's back and gave his neck a pat. I clicked to him and he trotted off. I turned around to Carson and took a step closer.

We walked back in silence. When we made it to her dorm, I finally gained the courage to talk. "Look, Harley.... I know we've been casualy going out or something for a while." I turned to her and put my fingers between hers. "I'm ready to go to the next step if you are."
