I sat in the middle of the gym and stretched. After about 15 minutes of stretching, I worked on improving my strength. I held a handstand for at least 30 seconds and then did a handstand, alternating hands 20 times. I went over to the wall and leaned against it and then pretended i was sItting in a chair. I held that for about 2 minutes. Now that I was stretched and conditioned I began to work on floor exercises. I did a simple front walk over to start and then got more intense. I ran and did an aerial then I did a roundoff back handspring full twist. |

Ash I walked into the gym and saw harley doing gymnastics. I waited till she was done. I smiled and waved. "Wow! that was awesome!" I yelled. ooc- Lets pretend cuz theyre roomates with teagan  |

I walked over to her. I had come to practice for cheerleading tryouts. "Are you gonna try out for cheerleading?" I asked her as i started stretching my arms.
