I smiled. "Anytime" i said. "Well, you can help me practice for cheer and I can observe you for regionals" i smiled. "IM not a pro, but I watch the olympics and know how they judge" I laughed.

I smiled. "Not as good as you but ill try" I laughed. I ran and did a roundoff leading into 2 back handsprings. I landed pretty solidly with a small step forward at the end.

"Your legs were a little straight on the landing. If you bend your knees a bit more, they'll absorb more shock and you'll stick the landing so much better." I smiled.

I nodded. "alright." I stretched my arms out then ran and did a round off back handspring into an arabian. I landed with a bit to much force and hopped back a bit. Otherwise it wasnt bad.
