"Wait-" I said. I sat up for a second and after a minute took off my prosthetic leg. I put it on the floor with a thump. Turning back to her, I hesitated. "Sorry I'm not so romantic." I said, flustered.

After a while I fell asleep in his arms. The excitement of the day finally caught up with me and I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer.

I woke up earlier than Ro, wanting to make her breakfast. She didn't get to sleep much, and deserved it. I made scrambled eggs, bacon, and chopped some fruit. I brought that in to her with a glass of orange juice and kissed her cheek to wake her up. "Good morning." I said, sitting down.
