I shrugged. "I haven't decided yet... They said I could keep my position on the board, but I feel like it might be awkward. One of the local universities asked me to start research with them next month, so I'll probably do that." I said. Grabbing something she forgot about.

I shrugged. "I don't really know. But it's better than nothing." I said. Not really wanting to talk about it, I scanned the list. "I think we got everything. Should we go to the register?"

We put the groceries all away then sat on the couch. I wrapped my arm around her and put on the TV as she read. But after ten minutes, I knew I would never be able to do "nothing." I fidgeted but tried to stay still.
