Sage
It had only been a couple days since I recovered from my sickness, but it felt like I hadn't stopped moving since I first left the apartment. From interviews to photo shoots, to filming, I barely had time to breathe. Connor was also really busy with his new job, and helping Alice pack for her new school. I was sad she was leaving, but happy that she was so excited for a new start. Connor had visited, and we both thought that Canterwood would be a really good fit for her. Needing a break and wanting to see Connor, I decided to go surprise him for lunch at his new work. From the first moment I walked into the modern, sleek building, my jaw dropped. This place was so cool. I asked the receptionist if I could see Connor and she nodded right away and made a call. A second later a worker came down, eager to show me around. As we went up the elevator and walked through the halls, he described the building and the company. But instead of listening, I just looked around in awe.

Connor
There was a knock on my office door and the receptionist of that floor stepped in. "You have a guest. Logan is bringing her up now." She said. I smiled, hoping it was Sage and got up. "Thank you Stephanie." I said and followed her out of the office to go wait by the elevator.

Sage
I stepped off the elevator, still looking around when I noticed the guy stopped talking. I looked over and saw Connor. I chuckled and kissed his cheek. "Hey. I brought you lunch." I said, holding up the bag.

[Tori]

Connor
I smiled at her and gave her a hug. "Thanks Logan." He nodded "Anything else Mr. Barry?" He asked. "Just don't call me Mr. Barry." I chuckled. "Come on. My office is this way." I said to Sage.

Sage
"Thank for the tour." I said happily, following Connor. "You have your own office? This place is so cool." I said.

[Tori]

Connor
I smiled. "I'm still exploring it for myself." I said. "Everyone is so nice here and they treat me so well." I added.

Sage
"It seems like it." I said. I sat down at the chair by his desk and took out the food. "How is your day going?"

[Tori]

Connor
"Much better now that you're here." I said.

[chargergirlz]

Sage
I chuckled. "I'm sure it was good before, too." I looked across his desk to see a weird microchip thing that probably belonged in some expensive technology. "What's that for?" I asked, pointing at it.

[Tori]

Connor
"A project. It's something I can't really discuss though." I said. In reality it was a gift I was working on to give Sage for Christmas.

Sage
I nodded. "It seems cool." I said. I walked and looked out his window. "Great view." I said, taking it all in. "It's like you own the city." I smiled.

Connor
I chuckled. "I wouldn't go that far." I said.

[chargergirlz]

Sage
"I would." I teased, leaning over to give him a kiss. "But k better go back to work. What time will you be home?"

[Tori]

Connor
"I should be home by 5:30." I told her. I got up. "Here, I'll walk you out." I said.

Sage
"Thanks." I said happily. We walked out together to the elevator. "Who this place is so cool." I said again. "Ok, I'll see you later."
