Charlotte
I had been at volleyball practice right after school when one of the girls attacked the ball across the net and it hit my head. It happened all the time but apparently it looked worse than normal because I was sent straight to the nurse without question with an escort to make sure I got there ok. I had tried to argue but there was no point so here I was in my volleyball shoes, spandex and tee shirt sitting in the office with her checking for a concussion. She told me to follow the light with my eyes as she flashed a flashlight at me. I sighed and afterwards complained. "Look I'm fine!" I told her as he continued to do check up things.

After taking an intense hit from a lacrosse stick to the ankle I was sent to the nurse limping. My ankle was an array of violets and navy blues creating a just gorgeous collage on my skin. It was beginning to swell once I walked into the office now resembling a strange case of elephantiasis. I took a seat on one of the exam tables and nodded politely to the girl sitting on the one next to me.

Charlotte
I looks at the guy as he limped in. "Ow." I told him when he nodded to me looking at his ankle. "You actually look like your supposed to be here right now." I laughed flashing him a smile.

Lex

I laughed and looked at the marbled colors over my skin as they swelled, "Mm yeah I suppose so. You know I guess it's not supposed to look like that," I joked good heartedly. "What are you in here for?" I asked.

Charlotte
"Got hit in the head while playing volleyball. I feel fine though." I said with a slight laugh. "I guess it looked pretty bad because it happens all the time." I shrugged. "I'm Charlotte by the way." I said introducing myself.

Lex

"Ouch," I said raising my eye brows. "Well concussions are weird things, I once got hit in the face with a lacrosse stick and thought I was fine until a day later I passed out," I replied with a laugh. "Nice to meet you, I'm Lex," I added.

Charlotte
I rolled my eyes. "I don't have a concussion." I laughed. "What happened to you Lex? Lacrosse again?" I asked

Lex

I shrugged, "Yup!" I replied with a laugh. "another lacrosse stick. I'm the new kid so I guess playing ruff is part of initiation," I added.

Charlotte
I laughed again with a small smirk. "Boys seem a bit rough when it comes to sports here." I said. The nurse came over to me and pointe a flashlight in my eyes. I huffed with annoyance.

Lex

I laughed, sports were intense here. "Yeah I guess." The nurse looked at me and scowled, "You boy get hurt too much. You are in here too often. What did you do now? Another lacrosse injury?" I smiurked and nodded, "IT's part of the game."

Charlotte
I laughed a bit at her telling him he gets hurt to much. "Sports are just a good excuse to get hurt." I told him.

Lex

I laughed, "I suppose that's one way to look at it," I replied as the nurse moved on to me and shook her head. "You have a bad bruise. Not broken. Probably a bone bruise. I will wrap it, you must ice it three times a day for thirty minutes. And use crutches for four days. No lacrosse," she said a little too happily. I groaned, "But I need to play!"

I looked at him. "Ohhh harsh." I smirked a bit. "And you- " she said looking at me. "No volleyball for 3 days until were sure you're ok." I immediately began to argue. "What? No!"

I laughed as she was told off by the nurse as well. "Well, looks like we are both screwed," I joked.

I crossed my arms and sat back pouting. "You're actually injured though. This is stupid." I huffed.
