"Schhol," I said with a grin. Before CCA I had been something of a tomboy. Jeans, converse, hoodies, sweats if it was cold. I just never really tried. I had maybe worn concealer but never more than that and my hair, oh lord my hair had always been awful. Typically I had tossed it in a ponytail or bun and if I felt fancy a french braid. However when I moved I figured I would try something new so I finally pulled the tags off all the clothes my mother and stepmother and aunts had bought me and did a little shopping on my own. This year I decided I would dress cute and I banished the sweats and welcomed the skirts.

I smiled, so grateful Sam and I were becoming friends. It was nice to have a close girl friend who could give me fashion and boy advice. "Awesome! Thanks for your help, I'm still new to this fashion thing."

I threw up two thumbs up and laughed, "good to hear!" I said with a laugh. Glancing at a photo I had taken of some of my mother's horses in turnout back in NC and it brought up a thought, "Hey did you ride today?"
