My blond hair up in a ponytail, with lilac tailored sportsmans and a white polo tucked in, I walked down the barn. I could see Elton's head poking out of his stall, being social. "Hiii baby." I cooed, hugging his face. I was still a little up from earlier, I'd managed to sneak away from my driver before I left the house and taken a few hits off a joint. My eyes would've been red, but I was a firm believer in the magic powder of Visine. Elton's standing wraps were done flawlessly by me earlier, I doubted the grooms here knew how to do them anyway. Rapture was next to Elton, his head turned into the back corner of his stall, being his usual antisocial self.

Diego had just arrived from New Mexico, and I had to go help unload. Sigh. I wouldn't ride if my mom didn't make me. But once I saw Diego, I couldn't help but smile. Finally a familiar face. When I approached him, he nudged my shoulder. "Hey, you. Long ride?" I mumbled. The workers got his equipment and I directed him to his stable. In the stable across from Diego was a girl with a gorgeous horse. I smiled. "Hi, I'm Blair." I said. I stepped out of Diego's stall and extended my hand for her to shake.

I glanced up, reacting a second too late. "Er, Kate." I shook her hand, my grip too strong, automatically taking the upper hand. I probably wouldn't have been this nice, but hey, I was highish.

"Cool! I've been to Flordia before. It was really nice." I smiled. Turning back to Diego, I noticed he seemed uncomfortable. "I'm going to let my horse out in the pasture, to stretch his legs a bit." I said.

She wasn't very nice. But maybe I could convince her to be my friend. I let Diego out in the grassy field and watched for a few minutes.

Charlotte  I led Zio through the barn and found his stall. His name was engraved on the nameplate in Cursev. I smiled saying bye to him and closing his stall. My dad called making sure than Mr.Conner knew about his feeding procedures. "Yes... Im sure he got one of your 57 emails." I huffed hanging up and running into somebody. I took a step back and huffed rolling my eyes. Of course. |
