I had 20 minutes before English class to get some lunch. I grabbed a quick sandwich and some toast before sitting down

My shower lasted longer then I expected making run behind his morning. I hurriedly got into the lunch line and got chocolate chip pancakes and a tea before looking for a seat. Most of the tables were full besides a boy sitting alone. I walked over shyly. "Mm, is this seat taken?" I asked softly.
