Pedernal Para el Fuego "Flint for Fire" Barn Name: Flynt Owner: Carlin Doyle Breed: Andalusian Age: 9 Gender Gelding Description: Grey. Stands just over 15 hands. Compact and muscular. Long, broad neck and massive chest. Extremely long, think mane and tall. Personality: Very personable and sweet, always tries to behave but has times when he doesn't want to listen, just wants to be his own. Loves treats and being with Carlin. Can be slow to trust new people, but always comes around if they prove they are okay. Quirks/Faults: Slow to trust. Doesn't always behave on the spot, but is overall a great horse. Isn't the greatest of jumpers because he can be jumpy. Strongpoints: Amazing dressage horse. Very elegant. Eye-catcher in the show arena. Brave when Carlin show him things are okay. Groundwork (showmanship, halter, lounging, ground manners). Western. Hunt Seat. History: Born as a war horse, but was boughten by Carlin's father because he stuck out to him (in a good way) and didn't seem as much at a fighter as a show-er. He wasn't given the best of care as a foal when he was at the war 'camp' in Ireland, but as soon as he became Carlin's on her birthday, he was always treated like a king.
