The second the comedian came on stage I was laughing. It was nice to smile and laugh again.

The whole show went by quickly- it was nice just to laugh and be silly and not worry. Once the lights came up I smiled at Connor. "That was fun." I said happily. "Do you want to go out for drinks or something? My treat." I suggested.

I smiled and sat up. "So we've been dating for a little overa year now- don't worry you didn't have to get me anything- but I wanted to just show you how special you are to me." I said. In his hand I put an envelope. It it was a key and a small note card with an address.
