I said goodbye, went right home to plan our night. Once it got closer to 7, I changed into nice grey slacks and a navy shirt. Thinking it would be cheaper to just walk, I grabbed my coat and left. On the way to Ro's house I picked up a bouquet of flowers. For the most part the weather was nice, but halfway there it started to downpour. I put my jacket over my head and rushed the rest of the way to her apartment, still getting soaked. I brushed the water off myself and knocked on the door. Before she opened it, someone came around the corner of the hallway. Instantly I recognized her father. I glanced at him then looked down.

I rushed to the door when I heard the knock. I wore a simple black, fitted dress with a slight v-neck. "Finn.." I said opening the door. "You're soaked." I looked around the corner to see my father. "Oh hi daddy." I stepped around fin and kissed my dad's cheek. "Did you need something?" i asked, leading everyone inside and getting Finn a towel.
