Last night, Connor and I got back from California. The next few weeks would just be publicity and interviews for me, while Connor returned to the tv show to work. Actually, he was playing video games with his work friends now. As I ate lunch, I heard a loud knock on the door. I opened it when I saw it was Marcus, my manager. I instantly regretted opening it- he looked madder than ever before. "What's with you and this Connor guy?! You didn't think about telling me before telling the world?" I didn't have time to respond before he started again. "You need to end this with him. Make it all go away." He yelled. I huffed. "I'm not going to break up with him. Why are you so upset?" I asked. He didn't respond right away, but finally he grabbed my wrists and yanked me toward him, kissing me on the lips. I immediately tried to get out of his grasps. "What are you doing? You're more than double my age!" I spat out, in shock. Fury raged in his eyes. "I've done everything for you! I should get something in return!" He said. I stood in terror as he started to make another move on me but thankfully his phone interrupted us. He angrily answered it, listened, and hung up a minute later. "You'll listen to me if you know what's right for you, stupid girl." He pushed me over so I fell on the ground then stormed out. I sat there, not sure what to do, then started bawling. Still while crying, I pulled out my phone and shakily called Connor.
