I sighed as he drifted away. "Yeah... um friends..." I said regretfully. When I realized he had said something else I blushed deeply, "Yeah... I'm really glad I have you too." I really wished one of us would just say something about this whole limbo friends thing. I couldn't deny I liked him but I didn't want to ruin a great friendship by opening my mouth. But it was starting to hurt, the awkward air around that word friend. I just couldn't get my brain to work with my mouth.

I looked up at him, my breath caught as he got much closer to me, "I... No." Finally my brain and mouth connected. "No I'm not sure. At all actually. I mean I get it if you want to be just friends I mean I am a walking mess so I totally understand but I might just die if I don't say something," I rambled suddenly realizing I sounded like a complete idiot. "No... I am not at all sure," I whispered as my heart hammered against my rib cage so hard I was sure Reece could here it.

I was so shocked when he kissed me with that little smirk on his face I wasn't even sure if I remembered to kiss him back so I kissed him once again just to make sure. "Sorry. I just couldn't remember if I kissed you back or not," I said then slapped my hand over my mouth and blushed deeply.

My cheeks were so red at this point I probably looked like a clown and it was getting so bad I could feel my ears beginning to burn. I tucked my chin down and chewed on my lip as I did when I was embarrassed. "I always thought that was a bad thing," I said with a nervous little laugh.
