I smiled and got her a vanilla bean latte with extra whipped cream- her favorite. I also got a chocolate scone too. I grabbed a pen and scribbled a note on the napkin.

I set it down in front of her. "I'll let you eat it in peace." I hurried out the door then watched her from the window.
