I got a donut and dark coffee from the café. I payed and walked out into the brisk air. I took a bite of my donut as I heard a car. I looked up to see one coming towards the school. I curiously walked a bit closer, figuring there was a new student.

Carlin The rental car my dad was driving pulled up to the school. I was grinning ear to ear. I was so happy to be back. My dad parked and we exchanged a few words before both getting out and meeting at the front to hug. His hug lasted a long moment and he almost seemed upset but he put on a smile and left after I told him I could handle it. Pulling out my paper, I got my dorm room number and carried my bags in that direction, so glad to be back. |

As the face started to walk my way, I realized this person wasn't new at all. I started to grin but then remembered that it had been a while and things could have changed. I tossed out my half eaten donut and headed her way. "Carlin?" I questioned, as I got closer to her.

I saw Ethan and I almost started crying I was so happy. I grinned at him, a tear probably escaping but remembered that things could've changed for him. He might be over me. I walked normally, even though I wanted to sprint. "Hi." I smiled.

I smiled a little wider. "Y-yeah," I stuttered a little, nervous for some reason. I immanently blushed. "My dad let me come back."
