I caught my breath and bit my lips, squeezing my eyes shut. "Ow, ow, ow!" I said quickly. It felt like needles poking in and out of me. It was unbearable.

I squeezed her hand when she called out.
Nurse
"I think its a fracture in the ankle but were going to get an X-ray to be sure. Its easy to see that you have a cuncussion so take it easy." I said. I looked to the two boys. "Would one of you carefully carry her to the infirmary?"

I felt Ethan's squeeze and squeezed it back, harder then he had, trying to get the pain to go away.

I felt her squeeze my hand really hard. "Ill carry her if you want." I said looking more towards Collin.

I turned to Ethan, still mad about the second concussion I just found out about. I clenched my jaw. "If you drop my sister, I will personally pound your face in. You can count on it," I threatened lowly, but angrily, my eyes locked with his. After a long hard look, I turned and walked out.
Carlin
I heard Collin's words and fought to hold in my tears. This wasn't fair! Why was he like this around all of my boyfriends. This wasn't him! He was so sweet, and fun, and caring...Why was he like this? Tears escaped my eyes. I could take care of myself. When I was better, Id be talking to him.

Well that was rough... Oh well, I wasnt going to drop her. I bent down and carefuly picked her up, almost as if I were holding a baby. I could see her crying a bit. "It okay." I whispered.

I opened my eyes and saw Ethan. I felt him picking me up. I wrapped my arms around him and buried my face his his chest. The position I was now stuck it was painful, but I didn't care. I was so upset with Collin right now.

I walked beside the nurse, talking about what was wrong and about recovery and such. She said she needed to be on crutches and a lot of bed rest, both for her head and her ankle.

I got to the office and laid Carlin down. "Your going to be alright." I whispered and kissed her forehead.

Nurse
"We're going to be taking X-rays and Im going to have to ask you to step out." I said looking at the boy.
Ethan
"Uhh, okay." I said hesitently not wanting to leave Carlin. I squeezed her hand "Be strong." i whispered before stepping out and finding Collin on the phone.
