Dixie is very smart and very sweet. She lets anybody ride her, and loves children! She is more of a parent to Lauren than anything else

Background-
Dixie was Lauren's first horse that she had gotten when Dixie was only 14(Yes, Lauren got her when she was 2). Dixie was home-bred and home-trained. When Lauren's father found that Lauren was going to be born, he went out to his herd and picked Dixie for her color, height, age, and personality-he knew she would take care of Lauren.
