I sighed "She's sunk pretty low. I don't believe her, once again but.." I quieted my voice so nobody around us could hear me "She said you've been having sex with a lot of girls. Obvously, she's just making some stuff up to make herself feel better but those are the rumors she is spreading"

I pulled away and picked up my pencil and a blank sheet of paper, handing them to him. "Here is the remedy to your situation. Write down everything that upsets you about her or what she has ever done to you. Then, toss it into that fireplace" I nodded to it "Then, you'll feel better, as if you have burned the past. You'll be able to speak to her after with no remaining anger or resentment. And that's the best way to get through to people"

I recognized the normal way of acting when doing this the first time. Totally insincere and writing nothing really that hurt the person, only superficial annoniances "Easy there. Youre gonna snap my pencil"
