I got up on Petri, and started walking. Heels down, thumbs up... After a few laps, I trotted, shoving my hands on Petri's neck to keep them from bouncing and pulling on his mouth. I did a sitting trot, not bouncing in the saddle at all after a few strides. Turn around, posting trot. I knew I was on the correct diagonal. After a few more laps, I walked, applied pressure to my outside leg, keeping the rest of my body motionless. Petri sprang into a canter, and I let my hands move with his neck. I did a flying lead change, then cantered a few more laps.

I led Aztec into the arena and saw another girl there. She looked really good on her horse. I waited polietly outside of the arena. From what I've heard, kids here took riding really seriously, so I didn't want to disturb the girl if she wanted to practice alone.

I nodded and walked in with Aztec. I swung my leg over his back and settled into the saddle. "Thanks." I said to the girl. Then I started to warm him up around the arena

I walked Bonnie into the arena. I saw Bella and got ready to turn around. Then I saw Noel. I walked Bonnie over to Aztec. "Hey."
