Brea's Testing

I patted Diablo once we reached the center.

"Ok good" i smiled. "Over all that was a very strong ride, You kept diablo collected 99.9 percent of the time, Your heels were down, Most of what you need to work on is Not getting distracted and listening closly" i smiled. "Ok what next?"

"Jumping," I said quickly. That was my strongest subject, even though it wasn't my favorite. Dressage atleast kept me entertained.

Mr.Conner
"Okay," i said. I set up a few jumps. "Ok, start when your ready"

Brea
I nodded and circled Diablo a few times. He had onyl jumped on really small jumps before since he went blind, but now was the time to take a chance. I collected him into a trot, and then a slow canter, and we sailed over the first to jumps. The next set of jumps had flowers on them. He got distracted by the first one, but he trusted me. He hit the rail three out of twelve times, and the rail only came down once. I knew my hands had been fidgity durring the ride, but I thought overall we were pretty good. "Now, just imagine me on a horse thats not blind," I thought in my head.

I smiled. "Over all a good ride, you made sure diablo trusted you" i said. "You need to keep your hand still and after you come off a jump theres a split second where you could look of balance, just watch that" i smiled. "But very strong ride" i said. "Crosscountry?" i asked

I pretended to groan. Both Diablo and I were raised to be I guess you could say "Classy" and we hated cross country trails with dirt and mud. "Unfourtanetly,"

I chuckled at breas preppy-ness. "Ok" i led her down to the course. "Whenever your ready" i said

I led Diablo into a full pledge canter and we soared over the jumps, trying to get it over with quickly, without rushing. He knocked the second jump down, but cleared the rest. On two of the jumps, my hands fidgeted. He eyed the water jump but cleared it with ease.

Mr.Conner
Over all she did good. I allready knew what her placement was going to most likley going to be. "Great job, The jump was proably timing and cueing and your hands need to stay still" i said. "Go take care of your horse and Rest, you did well today" i smiled

I nodded. "Oh, Mr. Connor, when will you tell us what team we're on?"

"Soon" i said. "After everyones testing" i said.
