"I.." I hesitated and shocked a little. I honestly didn't remember the last time I wore a helmet riding western. I never did. "Not to be rude, sit, but traditionally, western riders don't wear helmets," I explained tentitivly.

I nodded but didn't say anything as we exited. I led Rowan to his stall and pulled his not even sweaty tack from him. "Am I the only one not seeing it in this school?" I asked him softly, sadness in my eyes. He moved to his hay and I left his stall, putting my tack away and going to Mr Connors office.
