The 1st Annual Equestrian Charity Gala The arena has been cleared for this special event. there are many round tables with neat white table cloths and bouquets of flowers as center pieces. There are fancy glasses and silverware placed neatly around the table for each chair. The school orchestra/band is playing fancy music for the gala and towards the front of the arena there is stage with a podium and a table lined with expensive equipment for auction. |

Teagan was running a little late and she told me to go ahead and find our table. I looked around until I found the table reserved for us. We had signed up for tables earlier. There would be enough for Me, Cris, T and my parents. On the card in the middle it read Reserved - Gray & Cross. I prayed that they wouldn't be the way they usually were around people at this school....or just people in general. I actually planned to stay away from them as much as possible. Id stay for dinner and then hide from them for the rest of the night. I sighed and found our table. They were probably running fashionably late as usual. |

This was gunna be so cool; I've never been to such a fancy party!! I re-applied my coral lipstick one more time before finding my table. I smiled at Ash. "Hey!" I said as I sat down. Cris I walked into the party, not too excited about this. I was going to quick visit Knight, but ended up spending half an hour. I tried to smooth my hair and pull the horse hairs off my grey suit and cream bowtie. I thought I looked stupid but teagan said we had to match or something. I found our table and sat down. |

I turned around and saw Teagan and Cris. "Hey guys" I smiled. "My parents arn't here yet and I'm not quite sure where they are" I sighed. "They havent texted me back either" i added looking at my phone then looking around at all the people. I hoped there wouldnt be alot of drama but I didn't expect this to be that simple.

I smiled brightly. "Thanks!" I said happily. My phone buzzed. We're here! We see you! (: It was from my mom. Her and my dad walked over through all the people. I gave them a hug. "Mom, Dad this is Teagan and Cris" I said Introducing them.

Great, there went my backup. I glanced at ash's mom looking me over and gave her a smile. I then looked at ash and gave her a quick wink and smile.

Everyone stopped bombarding me with questions when somebody said hi. Thank god for Teagan. "Hey." I smiled. "Everybody, this is one of my roommates Teagan." I introduced her to my mom, dad, and aunt. I was already tired from all the questions and the night hadnt even started.
