I moved his hand to my waist and put my hand gently on his shoulders. I hid my nerves by letting the gymnast in me take over. "Just let yourself move to the music." I said softly, allowing my hips to sway along with the beat of the music.

A shot of pain went down my right arm, but I ignored it because I didn't want her to let go. I did what she said. This wasn't that hard. "Ok. Sway to the music- check. Now what?"

I laughed. "You were born holding a baseball bat weren't you." I teased. "Imagine you were about to steal a base and then have to run back to the original base. Move your hips like that." I said and showed him. I moved my hips to one side then quickly moved them to the other side and then let them loosely move as they wanted to.
