you cant claim a name. in the real world the are millions of people with the same name. if 2 people have to tsame name the world will not end,

Well this is how it works(So far on here): 2 peeps have the same name. 1rst one doesn't like it, the other has to change it. And USUALLY the 2nd person DOESNT blow up at the 1rst.
