I walked into my empty room and claimed the bed by the window. I threw all my Bags in the closet; I would unpack later. I sat on my bed and looked out the window. At least it had a nice view.

Ugh did I have to be stuck with a slob? I wasn't a neat freak but I liked all of my stuff perfectly in place.... Ok I guess that did make me a neat freak. I made an imaginary line on the ground and made sure all of his stuff was on his side.
